Construction Management Overview
The Construction Management Subsystem (CMS) follows EBS in the workflow of the iPDWeb application. After a contract has been awarded and executed, the contract moves to CMS. The Construction Management Subsystem tracks construction data (e.g. placements, stockpiles) and daily work information in the diary that includes weather, diary comments, equipment, controlling items, etc.
CMS works in coordination with the Electronic Field Book (eFieldBook) application to gather and synchronize field data with the home office.

Once an authorization has been approved, the change is then Published which modifies the project Quantity Book(s) according to the approved Authorization.
