Quantity Book Window

Overview

The Quantity Book Window provides a method to account for payable quantities of items on a contract. The Quantity Book Window can be accessed by clicking on the Quantity Book node in the Tree Structure.

 

 

Description

The Quantity Book Window gives an overview of the progress of the contract broken down by items. Each item in the contract has its own information about placements amount and quantity, which can be accessed through the Item Window in the tree structure. This information is summarized in the Quantity Books Window's tabs:

• Quantity Book Summary Tab – Provides summary information about the Quantity Book entries.

• Funding Tab – Used to enter and track funding keys that are using for Quantity Book entries.
