Construction Window

Overview

The Construction Window allows for the review and management of the construction management process from the completion of the estimate to the execution of the contract with the winning bidder. This process includes sending bids to the vault for contractors to access, authorizing bidders, tracking addenda, and the award and executing process.

 

 

Description

The Construction Window is composed of a tree structure on the left hand side, referred to as the Construction Tree Structure, and a detail window on the right side, which shows details about a selected heading in the Construction Tree Structure. From the Construction Window, users can check the status of a selected contract. Users can access further functionality through windows contained in the Construction Window. The Construction Window includes the following windows:
