Diary Window

Overview

The Diary Window allows for the display and entry of diary comments for a contract by date and by search term.

 

 

Description

The Diary Window consists of a table of diary entries regarding the progress of the selected contract. Diary entry type can be Log, Weather/Productivity, Controlling Item, or Contractor Labor. These entries can be added, viewed, and searched for using the tabs and functionality in this window. The Diary Window is composed of windows identified by tabs:

• Summary Tab

• Project Log Tab

• Search Tab

 

Functionality

• Select Date

• Sign Report

• Copy from Previous

• View Unsigned or Missing Daily Reports

• Run Report
