Run Report

Overview

The option to run a report is indicated by a blue "Reports" link. It allows users to generate a report relating to the information on the frame. Running reports is one of many basic functions available throughout the iPDWeb application.

 

Run Report

To Run a Report:

• Click on the blue "Reports" link.

  • If necessary, select the desired report type from the drop-down menu.

• Note that a new tab with the title of the selected report type will open.

  • If necessary, enter the date in the date field or choose the date using the date picker.

  • If necessary, select a specific subject to run the report on from the drop-down menu.

    

  • If necessary, click on the Run Report button.

 

To export a report:

• Select the desired file type from the drop-down menu in the Report tab.

• Click on the blue "Export" link.

• Note that the report will be downloaded.

 

Notes

• In the Report tab, users can change the view type of the report, navigate through it, and print it in addition to exporting it.

• Users can run additional reports through the Ad Hoc Reporting Window.
