Authorizations Window

Overview

The Authorizations Window is available to enter the information for the authorization, including supporting information about the authorization, supporting documentation, the reasons for the authorization, and the required authorization approvals. The Authorizations Window may be accessed by clicking on the Specific Authorization Node in the Tree Structure.

 

 

Description

The authorization information is given at the top of the window. When the authorization is a draft, all information except the Authorization Number; submittal, final approval, and publish dates; Net Change; Creator; and Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Review Status are editable. Filling in all other information is required to get approval for the authorization and can be done by following the Edit Authorization Information process. The Authorizations Window is composed of the following tabs:

• Edit Authorization Information

• Edit PPB Waiver Information

• Edit Published Date

• Run Report

 

Tree Structure Functionality - Available by right-clicking on the Specific Authorization Node

• Void Authorization

• Un-Void Authorization

• Publish

• Apply Item/Fund Key

 

Notes

Once the Authorization has been approved by one position, it is uneditable and awaits for approvals.
