Void Authorization

Overview

The process to Void Authorization can be done through the Authorizations Node in the Construction Tree Structure.

 

Prerequisites

The Authorization cannot have been published.

 

Void Authorization

To void authorization:

• Right click on the Authorization Node.

• Select "Void Authorization."

• Click on the Yes Button.

• Click on the OK button.

• Note the Specific Authorization in the Tree Structure will now say "Voided."

 

Notes

Authorized users can also void authorizations from the Accounting Authorizations Tab.
