Add Approval

Overview

The ability to add an approval is available through the Approval Window.

 

Prerequisites

A material, company, authorization, or location must have been added.

 

Add an Approval

To add an approval:

  • Right click anywhere in the Approval Window.

  • Select "Add Approval" in the context-sensitive menu.

  • Enter the Approver, Approval Date, and Comments fields.

  • Accept or Reject the approval by clicking on the appropriate radio button ().

  • Upload pertinent documents.

  • Click on the Save Button.

 

Notes

  • The Approver, Approval Date, and Comments fields are required.

  • If multiple approvals are included, the most recent approval will take precedence.
