Upload Documents

Overview

The option to upload documents in the iPDWeb application is indicated by a document icon () or a dedicated Documents tab/window. It allows users to add supporting documents to a field or element in the iPDWeb application. Uploading documents is one of many basic functions available throughout the iPDWeb application.

 

Upload Documents

To upload a document:

  • If necessary, click on the document icon () to open a documents window.

  • A new pop-up window is displayed.

    • Click on the Add Button above the documents table.

    • A new pop-up window is displayed.

      • Click on the Browse Button and select a file to upload.

      • Click on the Continue Button.

    • Add pertinent document information.

    • Click on the Close Button.

  • Note that if the document window was accessed through the document icon (), the icon will turn from white to blue once a document has been uploaded.

 

Notes

The description and subject fields are required for a document to be uploaded.
