Generate Letter
Overview
The process to generate a letter noting the results of a plant inspection for a vendor location is available through the Plant Inspections Tab.
Prerequisites

A location must have been added to a vendor.

A plant inspection must have been added.

A plant inspection must have been executed.
Generate Letter
To generate a plant inspection letter:

Search for and select a vendor from the drop-down menu.

Open the Location Detail Window.

Click on the blue "Actions" link next to the desired plant inspection, listed in the Inspection Log table.

Select "Generate Letter" in the context-sensitive menu.

Note that a new tab appears with the generated letter.

Use the icons at the top of the window to perform functions such as view next page, export, and print. The functionality of this tab is largely identical to that of run reports.
Notes
The output of a generated letter is determined by an assigned letter template. Letter templates can be edited by authorized users in the Letter Templates Window. HMA and PCC locations use distinct letter templates.
