Edit Test

Overview

The process to view and edit passing values for a mix design test is available through the Mix Design Tests Tab of the Mix Design Details Tab. The process is identical to editing a test for a mix design template. To edit questions, calculations, and other elements included in a test, users must edit it in the Test Definitions Tab.

 

Prerequisites

• A mix design must have been added.

• A test must have been added to a mix design.

 

Edit Test

To view or edit a mix design test:

• Search for and select a mix design from the drop-down menu.

• Navigate to the Mix Design Tests Tab.

• Click on the test to be edited in the Mix Design Tests table. This will highlight the test, indicating that it has been selected.

• Click on the Edit Button above the Tests table.

  OR

• Right click on the test to be edited in the Tests table.

• Select "Edit" in the context-sensitive menu.

• A new pop-up window is displayed.

  • Use the checkboxes to indicate if the test will be required or included in printed reports.

  • Edit passing values to define the maximum or minimum values for passing the test. Note that not all passing values may be available to edit if the test has submitted test results.

  • Add pertinent comments.

  • Click on the OK button.

• Click on the Save Button.

 

Notes

Users are prevented from saving changes to a system item to which changes have already been made. This prevents concurrency errors.
