Sequence Tab

Overview

The Sequence Tab allows for the review and management of sequences, which are the conventions used to generate sample IDs in the Samples Window. The Sequence Tab can be accessed through the Materials Config Window.

 

 

Description

The Sequence Tab is composed of editable top matter and a table. A user can add and edit sample ID sequences from this window.

 

Functionality

• New Sequence

• Copy Sequence

• Add Rule

• Delete Rule

• Make Sequence Active
