Assign System Access Rights
Overview
The ability to assign system access rights based on a roles is available through the Security Tab in the Employees Window.
Prerequisites
An Access Policy must have been added in the Manage Policies Window, and an employee must have been added.
Assign System Access Rights
To assign system access rights to an employee based on the role:

Click on a policy in the "Unassigned" box on the left

Click on the right-arrow (>) to move the entry to the "Assigned" box on the right.
To unassign (remove) a role from an employee:

Click on a policy in the "Assigned" box on the right.

Click on the left-arrow (<) to move the entry to the "Unassigned" box on the left.
Notes

A user that is assigned to multiple policies has the combined access granted by those access rights.

Individual modifications to the named access rights can be made in the Effective Rights Tab.

Access Policies can be added in the Manage Policies Window.
