Delete Question

Overview

The process to delete a question from a test is available through the Questions Tab of the Test Definitions Tab, which can be accessed through the Tests Window.

 

Prerequisites

• A test must have been added.

• A question must have been added to a test.

 

Delete Question

To delete a question from a test:

• Search for and select a test from the Select Test drop-down menu.

• Right click on the question to be deleted.

• Select "Delete Question" in the context-sensitive menu.

  • Users can also begin the process of deleting a question by clicking on the question to be deleted in the Questions table. This will highlight the question, indicating that it has been selected.

  • Users can then click on the Delete Button.

• A confirmation window will appear.

• Click on the Yes Button.

• Note that the question has been deleted from the table.

 

Notes

Users are prevented from saving changes to a system item to which changes have already been made. This prevents concurrency errors.
