Compute

Overview

The process to compute a result using information in a mix design's bins is available through the Bins Tab. The process is identical to using the Compute Button in a mix design template.

 

Prerequisites

• A mix design must have been added.

• Bin Questions and Calculations must have been added using the Bin Calculations Tab.

 

Compute

To compute a result using information in a mix design's bins:

• Select a mix design from the drop-down menu.

• Navigate to the Bins Tab

• Answer questions and edit desired fields in the Bins and Test Results sub windows.

• Click on the Compute Button.

  • Calculation results will appear in the Bin Calculation sub window.

 

Notes

Users are prevented from saving changes to a system item to which changes have already been made. This prevents concurrency errors.
