Edit Attribute

The process to edit a mix design attribute is available through the Attributes Tab of the Mix Design Details Tab. The process is identical to editing an attribute for a mix design template.

 

Prerequisites

• A mix design must have been added.

• An attribute must have been added to a mix design.

 

Edit Attribute

To edit a mix design attribute:

• Search for and select a mix design from the drop-down menu.

• Click on the attribute to be edited in the Attributes table. This will highlight the attribute, indicating that it has been selected.

• Click on the "Edit" button above the Attributes Table.

  OR

• Right click on the attribute to be edited in the Attributes table.

• Select "Edit" in the context-sensitive menu.

• The Edit Attribute Window will appear.

  

  • Edit desired field(s).

    • Edit attribute name, value sources, lists (if applicable), or values.

    • Edit other information including checking boxes to indicate if the attribute will be required or included in printed reports.

  • Click on the Save Button.

• Note that the performed edits are displayed in the Attributes Table.

 

Notes

• Users can also mark an attribute for inclusion in printed reports by checking the box in the "Print" column of the Attributes table.

• Administrators can manage the available lists and associated values for attributes in the Codes Window. The master list of list values available for use in Mix Design attributes is "MIX_DESIGN_VALUE_LIST"

  • If a list will draw from information elsewhere in the iPDWeb application, please contact ExeVision for help.

• Users are prevented from saving changes to a system item to which changes have already been made. This prevents concurrency errors.
