FOA Status Window

Overview

The FOA Status Window allows authorized users to review and manage FOA statuses for iPDWeb. The FOA Status Window can be accessed by clicking "FOA Status" in the Finance section of the Menu Bar.

 

 

Description

The FOA Status Window consists of two drop-down menus, which control whether iPDWeb sends or receives information to or from FOA, and a Notes field, which logs any changes to either FOA status along with any manually added notes. From here, authorized users can review the status log, edit either status, and add notes.

 

Functionality

• Edit Send/Receive FOA Status

• Add Comments

 

Notes

The Notes field in the FOA Status Window automatically logs any edits made to either FOA status. Manual notes/comments appear in the field using the same format, including user name and time stamp.
