Edit Send/Receive FOA Status

Overview

The process to edit either FOA status for iPDWeb is available through the FOA Status Window.

 

Prerequisites

A user must be authorized to edit FOA Status.

 

Edit Send/Receive FOA Status

To edit either FOA status:

• Select an option from either the Send Data to FOA Status or Receive Data from FOA drop-down menus.

  • To enable data transmission to or from iPDWeb, select "Active" from the drop-down menu.

  • To disable transmission, select "Inactive" from the drop-down menu.

• Click on the Save Button.

 

Notes

• Changes to a either FOA status will be logged in the notes section of the FOA Status Window. Manual notes/comments appear in the field using the same format, including user name and time stamp.

• Users are prevented from saving changes to a system item to which changes have already been made. This prevents concurrency errors.
