Finance Overview

The Finance section is used to track various financial elements relevant to contract management in the iPDWeb application.

 

Accounting Window

Relevant financial information about a contract is collected from FOA and iPDWeb for review in the Accounting Window. While much of the information here is read-only, authorized users can make edits throughout to elements such as fund keys, appropriations, obligations, authorizations, and deductions.

 

FOA Status Window

Much of the information displayed throughout the Finance section of iPDWeb depends upon communication between iPDWeb and FOA. Using the FOA Status Window, authorized users may enable or disable the exchange of data between FOA and iPDWeb.

 

Invoices Window

In the Invoices Window users can review different schedules of invoices filtered by appropriation.
