Deductions Tab

Overview

The Deductions Tab allows for the review and management of holds on funds (deductions or liens) for a selected contract. The Deductions Tab can be accessed through the Accounting Window.

 

 

Description

The Deductions Tab consists of read-only header information and a table, which displays liens and deductions for a selected contract. From this tab authorized users can review a contract's deduction summary information, add and remove deduction entries to or from the Deductions table, add comments, run reports, and upload documents.

Notes

The notes for each deduction entry in the Deductions table automatically log any edits made to the associated entry. Manual notes appear using the same format, including user name and time stamp.
