Contract Inventory Window

Overview

The Contract Inventory Window allows for the review and maintenance of material inventories in the Construction Management Subsystem (CMS). It can be accessed by clicking on a material inventory node in the Construction Tree Structure.

 

 

Description

The Contract Inventory Window consists of three tabs, used for reviewing and editing material inventories. The Contract Inventory Window is nearly identical in functionality to the Inventory Detail Window in the Materials Management Subsystem (MMS). In the Contract Inventory Window, users can also edit pay item entries in the Inventory Details Tab. The tabs in the Contract Inventory Window are:

• Evidence of Inspection Tab
