Contracts

Overview

The Contracts accordion window allows users to view a filtered list of contracts. It can be accessed through the iPDWeb Dashboard.

 

 

Description

The Contracts accordion section provides information about the most recent contracts that the user has accessed and the position in the application for that contract. The section allows users to navigate to the subsystems in iPDWeb with the contract pre-selected. The following navigation is available in this table:

• By clicking on a Contract Number, the user will go to the Contract Window with the desired contract already selected.

• By clicking on a checkmark in the CMS (Construction Management Subsystem) column, the user will go to the Construction Window with the desired contract already selected.

• Open My Filter Window

• Apply Filter

• Remove Filters

• Search

 

Notes

Using the 'Edit Filter' button, users can change the default view for the contracts accordion. Selecting multiple 'applied filters' uses the "OR" operator, while adding a second filter type uses the "AND" operator.
