Contract Window

Overview

The Contract Window provides high-level information about the contract throughout the life cycle of the contract. The information is often referred to as contract header information. The Contract Window can be accessed by clicking on the Contract Number of the chosen contract in the Contracts or Recent Activity sections of the Dashboard.

 

 

Description

The Contract Window is composed of a tree-view of a contract and the associated projects in the left-hand column, with a detail window on the right-side showing details about the selected contract or project. When a contract is selected, these two tabs with additional functionality are available:

• Contract Setup

• Contract Logs

 

Functionality

The following functionality is available in the Contract Window and in all of the windows available through the tabs in the Contract Window:

• Lock or Unlock Contract

• Add Contract

• Import Contract

• Move to CMS

• View Contract Status

• Run Reports
