Spec Book Window

The Spec Book window allows an administrator to manage summary information about current and previous specifications books.

The Spec Book window provides general information about the agencies specifications books. The information that can be edited is:

Year - Year of Spec Book.
Description - Title and description of Spec Book.
Unit of Measure Type - Whether the Spec Book uses Imperial or Metric measurements.
Effective Date - Date that the Spec Book can first be used. For a spec book to appear in a drop-down for selection, the current date must be later than the Effective Date.
Expiration Date - Date the Spec Book can no longer be used. For a spec book to appear in a drop-down for selection, the current date must be before the Expiration Date.
Default - Checkbox determines if the Spec Book is the default. All projects that are created use the Spec Book with the Default checkbox checked.
