Edit Spec Book

Overview

The ability to add and manage specifications books is available through the Spec Book Window.

 

Prerequisites

A Spec Book must have been added.

 

Edit Spec Book

To edit a specifications book:

• Select a spec book by using the intelligent search bar.

• Edit the desired information.

  • Select Unit of Measure Type from the drop-down menu.

  • Enter effective and expiration dates, or select them using the date picker.

  • Mark the spec book as the application default by checking the Default box.

• Click on the Save Button.

 

Notes

The Year, Description, Unit of Measure Type, Effective Date, and Expiration Date are required fields.
