Lookup Table Window

Overview

The Lookup Table window allows for the review and management of lookup tables for test questions. The lookup tables can be used in material or equipment tests.

 

 

Description

The Lookup Table Window is composed of editable header material and three editable tables, which contain Lookup Keys, Key Values, and Lookup Values. A user may add new or edit existing lookup tables from this window.

 

A lookup table is first configured with a grid of values. In the detail below, one axis (Key 1) is one color, and the other axis (Key 2) is a second color.

At each intersection of a Color 1 value and a Color 2 value is a third value. A look up table can be referenced by a test so that once a user has entered the first two values (Red and Purple, for example), a third (Maroon) may be automatically produced and referenced by that test for calculations or reporting .
