Add Test

Overview

The process to add a test is available through the Test Suite Window, which can be accessed by selecting "View Test Suite" in the Samples table context-sensitive menu.

 

Prerequisites

A sample must have been added in the Samples Window.

 

Add Test to the Test Suite

To add a test:

• Right click on the desired sample in the Samples table.

• Select "View Test Suite" in the context-sensitive menu.

• A new pop-up window is displayed.

  • Right click anywhere in the table.

  • Select "Add Test" in the context-sensitive menu.

  • Search for and select a test from the drop-down menu.

  • If desired, mark the test as required by checking the Required box of the test entry.

  • Click on the Save Button.

 

Notes

Users are prevented from saving changes to a system item to which changes have already been made. This prevents concurrency errors.
