Add Laboratory

Overview

The process to add a laboratory is available through the Laboratory Window.

 

Add Laboratory

To add a laboratory:

  • Click on the Add Lab Button.

  • Enter the information in the required fields indicated by an asterisk.

    • Edit the laboratory status using either radio button ().

    • Edit the laboratory number and district in the corresponding fields.

    • Enter a laboratory name
    • Enter a contact email address and physical address in the corresponding fields.
      • If the laboratory mailing address is the same as its physical address, check the "Same as Physical" box in the Mailing Address section.
    • Select a company, laboratory category, and approved list type from the corresponding drop-down menus.

  • Edit other fields as necessary.
    • Edit second lab type (Lab Type 2) and inspection type using the corresponding drop-down menus as necessary.
    • Add additional contact information (such as contact name and phone number) and notes as necessary.
    • Add, edit, and delete miscellaneous information attributes as necessary.
  • Click on the Save Button.

 

Notes

An add can be canceled at any time by clicking on the Cancel Add Button and then selecting Yes from the pop-up window.
