Project Documents Tab

Overview

The Project Documents Tab provides the ability to add a document to the contract. The Project Documents Tab may be accessed through the Construction Contract Window.

 

 

Description

The Project Documents Tab consists of the Date Range Filter Tool and a Time Charges table which consists of the following:

  • Date - Date the attachment was entered. This field is automatically filled with the attachment.

  • Title - Title of the attachment. This field is required for document to be saved.

  • Subject - Type of the attachment and subject. This field is required for document to be saved.

  • From - User who added the attachment. This field is automatically filled with the attachment.

  • Attachment - Name of the attachment and link to download it.

  • Origin - Organization of the user who entered the document. This field is automatically filled with the attachment.
