Edit a Filter

Overview

A filter may be edited in the My Filter Window, that can be launched from the Contracts accordion window in the iPDWeb Dashboard.

 

Prerequisites

A filter must have been added.

 

Edit a Filter

To edit a filter:

  • Click in the filter field or on the orange down arrow to open up the drop-down menu and select the filter to be edited.

  • Click on the Edit Filter Button to launch the My Filter Window.

  • Select the Filter Types on the left and their associated values to filter on the right.

  • Click on the Default Filter checkbox if the selected filter should be the default filter.

  • Add a description if desired.

  • Click on the Save Button.

 

Notes

  • Selecting multiple 'applied filters' uses the "OR" operator, while adding a second filter type within the filter uses the "AND" operator.

  • The only required field for a filter is the Name.

  • Once a filter has been applied for a Filter Type, the name of the Filter Type will change to red font.
