Letter Template Tree Structure

Overview

The Letter Template Tree Structure is used to navigate through different letter templates and to access certain functionality. To see the entire tree structure, click the plus icon () next to each heading.

 

 

Description

The Letter Template Tree Structure can be used to access windows by clicking on each heading. Functionality can be accessed by right clicking on a heading. A list of the windows and functionality is below:

• Application Component - Each letter template is organized under the application component that it is associated with. In the example above, there are two letter templates for the Civil Rights Subsystem (CRS), and one letter template for use with pay estimates.

• Letter Template - The Letter Template Window displays a specific letter template, and allows for review and editing of the selected letter template.
