Delete Letter Template

Overview

The ability to delete a letter template from the iPDWeb system is available through the Letter Template Tree Structure.

 

Prerequisites

A letter template has been added to the system.

 

Delete Letter Template

To delete a letter template from the system:

• Right click on a letter template name in the Letter Template Tree Structure.

• Select "Delete Template" in the context-sensitive menu.

• A confirmation window will appear.

  • Click on the Yes Button.

 

• Users are prevented from saving changes to a system item to which changes have already been made. This prevents concurrency errors.
