Deactivate Code

Overview

The ability to deactivate a code is available through the Codes Window. Deactivating a code makes it no longer effective and visible in drop-down menus.

 

Prerequisites

A code must have been added.

 

Deactivate Code

To deactivate a code:

• Set the End Date to be before the current date.

• Click on the Save Button.

 

Notes:

• This action deactivates the code, but it will remain in the system. It can be reactivated by editing the End Date.

• Changes in this window should be handled carefully, and should only be done with support from ExeVision staff.
