Add Attribute

Overview

The ability to add a miscellaneous information attribute for a vendor location is available through the Specific Location Tab.

 

Prerequisites

A location must have been added to a vendor.

 

Add Attribute

To add an attribute for a vendor location:

  • Search for and select a vendor from the drop-down menu.

  • Open the Location Detail Window.

  • Click on the "Add" button above the Miscellaneous Information table.

  • The Add Attribute Window will appear.

    • Enter the required fields as indicated by an asterisk. Enter an attribute name, a value source, a list (if applicable), and a value.

    • Click on the Save Button.

  • Note that the new attribute is added to the Miscellaneous Information table.

 

Notes

Users are prevented from saving changes to a system item to which changes have already been made. This prevents concurrency errors.
