Edit Series

Overview

The process to edit a series in a graph is available through the Add/Edit Graph Window.

 

Prerequisites

• A test must have been added.

• A graph must have been added to a test.

• A series must have been added to a graph.

 

Edit Series

To edit a series:

• Open the Add/Edit Graph Window.

• Right click on the series to be edited in the Series table.

• Select "Edit Series" in the context-sensitive menu.

• The Edit Series Window is displayed.

  

  • Edit desired field(s).

  • Add a question to an axis by selecting it and clicking the corresponding arrow button.

    • To add to the X-Axis, click on the left arrow (<) button. To add to the Y-Axis, click on the right arrow (>) button.

  • Remove a question from an axis by selecting it and clicking the corresponding arrow button.

    • To remove from the X-Axis, click on the right arrow (>) button. To add to the Y-Axis, click on the left arrow (<) button.

  • Arrange the order of questions as desired by clicking and dragging.

  • Click on the OK button.

 

Notes

• A user may select multiple questions at a time by clicking in combination with either the "Shift" or "Ctrl" keys.

• Users are prevented from saving changes to a system item to which changes have already been made. This prevents concurrency errors.
