Delete Option

Overview

The ability to delete either a method of acceptance (MOA) or evidence of inspection (EOI) from a material MOA entry is available through the MOA Window.

 

Prerequisites

• A material must have been added.

• An MOA or EOI entry must have been added.

 

Delete Option

To delete an MOA or EOI from a material MOA entry:

• Open the MOA Window.

  

• Right click on the MOA/EOI to be deleted in their respective table.

• Select "Delete Option" in the context-sensitive menu.

• Note that the option is deleted from its respective table.

• Click on the Accept and Close Button.

• Click on the Save Button.

 

Notes

• Users can also delete an entire MOA entry from a material in the Material Details Tab.

• Users are prevented from saving changes to a system item to which changes have already been made. This prevents concurrency errors.
