Add MOA

Overview

The ability to add a method of acceptance (MOA) to a material MOA entry is available through the MOA Window.

 

Prerequisites

• A material must have been added.

• An MOA entry must have been added.

 

Add MOA

To add an MOA to a material MOA entry:

• Open the MOA Window.

  

• Right click anywhere in the MOA table.

• Select "Add MOA" in the context-sensitive menu. (When adding an MOA after any other has been added to the MOA table, the option in the context sensitive menu will change to "Add AND.")

• A new MOA will appear in the MOA table.

  • Select a method from the drop-down menu.

• Click on the Accept and Close Button.

• Click on the Save Button.

 

Notes

• MOAs that are added to the same entry are counted together as a single MOA with "AND." To provide alternative MOAs, create a new MOA entry by selecting "Add OR" in the context-sensitive menu.

• Users are prevented from saving changes to a system item to which changes have already been made. This prevents concurrency errors.
