Add MOA Entry

Overview

The ability to add a method of acceptance (MOA) entry to a material is available through the Details Tab of the Material Definition Window.

 

Prerequisites

A material must have been added.

 

Add MOA Entry

To add an MOA entry to a material:

• Select a material from the drop-down menu.

• Right click anywhere in the MOA table.

• Select "Add MOA" in the context-sensitive menu. (When adding an MOA entry after any other entry has been added to the MOA table, the option in the context sensitive menu will change to "Add OR.")

• The MOA Window will appear.

  

  • Add MOAs and EOIs as necessary, and edit fields as desired.

  • Click on the Accept and Close Button.

• Click on the Save Button.

 

Notes

Users are prevented from saving changes to a system item to which changes have already been made. This prevents concurrency errors.
