Batch Publish

Overview

The process to Batch Publish can be done through the Authorizations Node in the Construction Tree Structure. Batch Publishing should be run after an import of many authorizations to publish all imported authorizations at once.

 

Prerequisites

• An authorization has been completed and not published.

• All Funding Groups must have items.

 

Batch Publish

To batch publish:

• Right click on the Authorization Node.

• Select "Batch Publish."

• Add the pertinent document information and click on the Close Button.
• Click on the Yes Button.

 

Notes

• Changes must have been made to the Authorizations for a Batch Publish to occur.
• Changes from a Batch Publish can be viewed in the Construction Contract Window.
