Pin List

Overview

In some windows, the intelligent search list may be "pinned", meaning that the list will stay visible as a column on the left side of a window. Pinning a list is one of many basic functions available throughout the iPDWeb application.

 

Pin a List

To pin a list:

• Enter a search term using intelligent search.

• Note that the drop-down is populated with relevant results.

• Click on the Pin this List or Use this List Button.

• A column including relevant search results will appear to the left of the open iPDWeb window.

• Click on the listed results as desired to view related information in the application window.

 

Notes

• The first image below shows in the drop-down a list of users that have the string "mill" in their name.
