Edit Question

Overview

The process to edit a question is available through the Questions Library Tab of the Tests Window.

 

Prerequisites

A question must have been added.

 

Edit Question

To edit a question in the question library:

• Right click on the question to be edited.

• Select "Edit Question" in the context-sensitive menu.

• A new pop-up window is displayed.

  • Edit desired field(s).

  • Check boxes to indicate if a question is required, visible, a passing result, included in print, etc. The function of each checkbox is described in more detail in the Questions Library Tab help file.

  • Select a question type and fill out the responses as necessary. Question types are described in more detail in the Questions Library Tab help file.

  • Click on the Save Button.

 

Notes

Users are prevented from saving changes to a system item to which changes have already been made. This prevents concurrency errors.
