Search Inventories

Users can search for particular material item inventories using the search bars at the top of the Inventory Window.

To search for existing material inventories:

Enter a material code, producer name or number, supplier number, contract number, or inventory ID into their corresponding search fields at the top of the Inventory Window.
Check the Active Only box to limit the search to active material inventories.
Check the Ready for Approval box to limit the search to material inventories marked with the "Ready for Approval" status.
Click on the Search Button.
The Inventory table will populate with relevant material inventories.
Sort the table of search results, if desired.
Open the Inventory Detail Window to review or edit inventory details, if desired.

A search with empty fields will show all material inventories
