Search Diary

Overview

The process to search for a diary entry can be done through the Search Tab of the Diary Window. The search feature allows users to view all diary entries with a certain key word for a range of dates.

 

Prerequisites

A contract must have been Sent to CMS.

 

Search Diary

To search diary:

• Select the desired date range by enter the desired dates in the Begin Date and End Date fields or select the dates using the date picker.

• Enter the search term in the search field.

• Press the enter key or click on the magnifying glass icon ().

 

Notes

• A user may enter a word, phrase, or part of a word in the following fields to find the entry:

  • Entry Type

  • Comments

  • Some Info fields that include: 

    • Temp

    • Precipitation

    • Weather

    • Wind

    • Controlling Item
