Import Material Allowances

Overview

The process to Import Material Allowances can be done through the Quantity Book Node in the Construction Tree Structure.

 

Prerequisites

A contract must have been Sent to CMS.

 

Import Material Allowances

To import material allowances by file:

• Right click on the Quantity Book Node.

• Select "Import Material Allowances" from the context-sensitive menu.

• Click "Choose File" and browse for a file.

• Click on the Continue Button.

 

Notes

Material Allowances header load files need to be in the correct format.
