Add Pay Item

Overview

The process to Add a Pay Item can be added to a quantity book through the Quantity Book Node in the Construction Tree Structure.

 

Prerequisites

A contract must have been Sent to CMS.

 

Add Pay Item

To add pay item:

  • Right click on the Quantity Book node.

  • Select "Add" from the context-sensitive menu.

  • Enter the Pay Item from the intelligent search drop-down menu by typing in the item description or Item Number.

  • Enter the Contract Unity Price.

  • Edit the Item Summary Information.

  • Add a Pay Item Entry and fill out all of the information in the Pay Item Entry Table.

  • Click on the Save Button.

 

Notes

Only the Pay Item and Contract Unit Price are required to add the Item Entry.
