Save as you Go

Overview

The ability to toggle the Save as you Go Option on or off is available at any time from the Menu Bar. The option allows user to have the application automatically save changes, rather than manually saving changes.

 

Access Help

To access help:

• Click on the "Options" text in the upper right corner of the Menu Bar.
• Select the "Save as you Go" option.
• Note the green dot appear or disappear in the Save as you Go check box.

 

Notes

• Users with Save as you Go toggled on will receive save notifications as they leave a window with data that has been changed.

• Users with Save as you Go toggled off will be required to confirm they want to save data as they leave a window with data that has been changed.
